DELIVERY

Delivery takes 2-3 working days and costs £ 3.99GBP, depending on the location.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

If you require your item urgently, all our products indicate if they are eligible for next working day delivery in the UK. Orders for next working day delivery must be placed by 3.00pm to ensure delivery by 7.00pm the following day.

 We use EVRI and Royal Mail for shipping. Royal Mail offers next day Special Delivery with Saturday Guarantee, while Evri (UK) Express delivers within 1 business day.

For next day delivery, the cost is £5.99GBP.

Please note that next day delivery is only available for the next working day. Orders placed on Friday after 4pm or over the weekend will be delivered the following day.

On bank holidays and public holidays, next day deliveries will be dispatched on the next working day and delivered to the customer the day after.

Working days are from Monday to Friday, unless you have purchased Saturday Guaranteed delivery.

Saturday deliveries are fast-tracked to ensure delivery on Saturday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

USA      STANDARD $14.99   PRIORITY $17.99 Delivery is expected within 2 to 4 days after dispatch. EUROPE     STANDARD €10.99     PRIORITY  €11.99 Delivery is expected within 2 to 4 days after dispatch. AUSTRALIA  STANDARD $15.99     COURIER COLLECTION  Delivery is expected within 2 to 6 days after dispatch. INTERNATIONAL STANDARD   $18.99 Delivery is expected within 5 to 7 days after dispatch.

 

Please be aware that customers outside of the U.K. are required to pay the taxes and duties imposed by their respective destination country. It is important to note that regulations and guidelines regarding these charges vary from country to country, and we cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred. We strongly recommend contacting the local customs authority to obtain accurate information on any customs duties or taxes that need to be paid by the customer. In the event that a customer refuses to accept the package, they will be held accountable for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have been applied to the package, as well as the expenses associated with returning the order to our warehouse. The refund for the order will be abducted accordingly once the shipment is received at our warehouse.

 

 IMPORTANT NOTICE

We are not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance, as we have no control over this process. Customers should keep track of their order status and inform us within 7 days of dispatch if there are any delivery issues. Any problems reported after this time frame cannot be investigated or compensated.

We will not be held accountable for any lost or damaged parcels if the courier is authorized to leave the package unattended at the delivery address due to absence of a recipient to sign for it. Delivery times provided are approximate and cannot be guaranteed.
