Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

RETURNS
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Pictures will be required.
To be eligible for a return,all items being returned must be unworn, unused, unmarked condition with all original tags and security strap intact. Returns should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. You have a 14-day window from the date of receipt to return an item to us.
UK Returns will incur a charge of £2.49, which will be deducted from your refund total. USA Returns will have a fee of $17.99 deducted from your refund amount. Ireland Returns will be subject to a charge of €11.99, which will be deducted from your refund.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
SWIM & BODYSUITS
Refunds for swimwear will not be issued if the hygiene seal is broken. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached for a refund to be processed.
When sending back an item, please ensure it is neatly packed.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
We are not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance, as we have no control over this process. Customers should keep track of their order status and inform us within 7 days of dispatch if there are any delivery issues. Any problems reported after this time frame cannot be investigated or compensated.
We will not be held accountable for any lost or damaged parcels if the courier is authorized to leave the package unattended at the delivery address due to absence of a recipient to sign for it. Delivery times provided are approximate and cannot be guaranteed.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
